辣椒干(磨碎的)
芝麻
麻油
少许盐
做法:
1. 芝麻和辣椒干的用量应该是1:1。
2. 干锅炒香芝麻,炒至芝麻的颜色稍微变褐色。但切忌,炒麻子时不可用大火,否则很容易把芝麻炒焦。芝麻炒好后起锅待用。
3. 把盐、辣椒干和芝麻参在一起。最好是让辣椒干在最上面一层。
4. 再热锅,把麻油烧热。立刻把烧热的麻油倒入(3)内,淋在(3)的上面。
5. 搅一搅允(3)就可以用来当辣椒配料了。

some salt
Directions:
1. The amount of dried chilli and sesame seeds shall be 1:1.
2. Heat the wok without oil, stir sesame seeds until it colured.
3. Put dried chilli, salt and fried sesame seeds in a small bowl.
4. Heat the wok again, this time with sesame oil. Then pour hot sesame oil to (3).
5. Stir (3) until evenly mix.
