汤圆 (21 Dec 11)
过了那么久才po上来
今年的冬至像往常一样
除了搓汤圆 还是搓汤圆
唯一不同的是
今年的汤圆多了另一种口味
一种马六甲人的口味
原来马六甲人的汤圆也很nyonya
把白糖改成椰糖
加上pandan叶及姜
味道还不错呢
很可惜我是个不吃番薯糖水的人
我非常喜欢吃姜
也爱非常喝姜茶
就是偏偏不爱吃姜汤
比如说番薯糖水 我不吃
马六甲式汤圆因为有姜的关系
我也吃不多
其实马六甲式的糖水是为同事做的
看着同事把汤圆吃光光
感觉到非常的有成就感
开心死了
有机会
多煮一些东西喂胖她们
哈哈哈哈
有姜、有椰糖、也有pandan的马六甲版本汤圆。
最普通,但也是我最爱吃的糖圆:pandan叶与糖水糖圆。糖水变褐色了,没办法,因为家里的白糖用brown sugar代替了。
