减?增?
爱运动,是很久的事了。当学生的时候可以说每天不是到学校就是到家附近的KB最大体育场打女子英式篮球、打乒乓、手球、排球或跑步,然后一个礼拜一次一定到泳池参加life saving 的游泳队。一个礼拜至少2次骑着老铁马到处飙车,总会快速骑至少1个钟头至2个钟。
因为大量的运动,念书的时候无论吃多少都维
持在45公斤或以下
。
后来进入大学后,离开家里
后食物不是随手可得,所以每一餐饭都得吃得饱饱的,最后搞到自己面目全非。。。后来英国的牛奶和cheese更
让我向横发展。。。
最近又爱上了运动。每一次流了好多好多的汗后,整个人都精神了!虽然每天只睡6个多钟,但工作上都精神奕奕。氧气对脑袋真的很重要!
走回运动的目的,主要是为了减重,让自己健康点。毕竟人上了年纪最大的资产还是健康,让自己健康点,好让自己能享受世上更多美好的事情。
跑跑跑。。。
跑后吃吃吃。。。哈哈哈!
