薄饼 *Spring Roll





食材:
薄饼皮........ 1/2 包
豆干............ 1 小碗(切粒)
芽菜............ 1 小碗(去尾)
乌桂豆/四季豆..... 1 小碗(切粒)
红萝卜........ 1/2 小碗(切丝)
虾仁............ 1/2 小碗
盐................ 适量
鸡精粉........ 适量
食油............ 适量

做法:
把全部的料炒过后,用薄饼皮包起,再炸过就可以了。

Ingredients:
1/2 packet spring roll wrapper
1 bowl diced toufu (the harder type)
1 bowl bean sprout (remove the root)
1 bowl diced drawf bean
1/2 bowl shreded carrot
1/2 bowl shelless prawns
salt
chicken stock
cooking oil
Directions:
Fry all the ingredients and wrap it with spring roll wrapper, then bring to deep fried until it turns brownish.
