番茄炒蛋 *Fried Tomato with Eggs

天气大热,没什么胃口的话可以试一试煮一道番茄炒蛋当佳肴。清淡爽口的番茄炒蛋不只煮法容易,连续要准备的材料也很简单。


食材:
番茄........ 4 粒 (像切橙一样切片,然后去籽)
鸡蛋........ 2 粒 (蛋花)
蒜米........ 1 汤匙
食油........ 适量
盐........... 适量

做法:
1. 热锅后先把番茄放到干锅里翻炒。主要原因是把番茄的水分先逼走。
2. 把番茄取出后,再热锅,先炒蒜米。
3. 再把番茄倒入锅里和蒜米炒匀。
4. 加入蛋花,加盐就可以了。

Ingredients:
4 tomato (cut into pieces and remove seeds)
2 chicken eggs (beat)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
cooking oil
salt

Instructions:
1. Fried cut tomato in dry pan. This is done to ensure all liquid in tomato is removed.
2. Remove tomato from wok. After that, heat the wok again with some cooking oil and stir fried garlic.
3. Put tomato back to the wok. Stir well with garlic.
4. Finally add eggs and salt to this dish.
