通心菜炒马来占 *Fried Water Spinach With Belacan

通心菜炒马来占想必是人人都会爱上的一道菜。这是小时候的味道,也是家喻户晓、最简单的一道菜肴。


食材:
通心菜........ 1 把 (切节)
虾米.......... 4 汤匙
蒜米.......... 1 汤匙
葱头碎....... 2 汤匙
指天椒....... 1-2 条 (切粒)
马来占....... 半汤匙
食油.......... 适量 
盐............. 适量

做法:
1. 热锅后先把马来占干锅炒香。然后取出盅碎。
2. 再热锅然后加入食油。炒香葱头碎,蒜米、马来占、虾米、辣椒 (跟着次序加入锅内)。
3. 加入通心菜炒至熟后即可。可加盐调味。

Ingredients:
some water spinach (cut into 3-4 inches long)
4 tbsp of dried shimps
1 tbsp of finely mince garlic
2 tbsp of finely mince shallot
1-2 red chilli
1/2 tbsp Belacan
cooking oil
salt

Instructions:
1. Heat the wok and fried Belacan in dry wok. Remove from wok and pounce Belacan.
2. Heat the wok again with some cooking oil. Stir fried shallot, garlic, Belacan, dried shrimps and chilli (by order).
3. Add water spinach in wok and cook with the rest of the ingredient. You may add salt while cooking just to add flavor
