四川菜炒猪肉 *Stir Fried Pork with Si Chuan Preserved Vege

这个配饭、配粥都好吃!





食材:
四川菜...... 1 粒
瘦肉.......... 适量
酱油.......... 1 茶匙
蒜米.......... 1 汤匙
胡椒粉...... 适量
食油.......... 适量


做法:
1. 四川菜先切片,浸在水里1-2个小时,去咸,然后再切丝。
2. 猪肉切片,腌酱油和胡椒粉。
3. 热油后,先炒香蒜米,再炒猪肉,最后炒四川菜。
4. 炒熟后即可。

Ingredients:
1 si chuan preserved vege
pork
1 teasp soy saurce
1 tbsp chopped garlic
pepper
cooking oil


Directions:
1. Cut si chuan preserved vege into slices, immerse in water for 2 hours to reduce salty taste. put si chuan preserved vege into thinner slices.
2. Cut pork into dice, marinate with soy saurce and pepper.
3. Heat the wok, stir fried garlic then follow by pork and si chuan preserved vege.
