河粉.......... 1 包
牛肉.......... 1/2 碗(切薄片)
蒜米.......... 1 汤匙
大葱.......... 2 汤匙(切碎)
红辣椒...... 1 条(切片)
青葱.......... 1 条(切节)
酱油.......... 适量
蚝油.......... 1 汤匙
黑酱油...... 适量
苏东油...... 少许
食油.......... 适量
胡椒粉...... 适量
做法:
1. 牛肉切薄片后腌胡椒粉和酱油。
2. 把河粉一条条分开来。
3. 用大概4汤匙的油,然后热油后,先炒蒜米至有点金黄色,再炒大葱。
4. 蒜米和大葱炒出香味后,炒牛肉,再加入辣椒。如果想加蛋,可以等牛肉炒熟后加进去,让蛋煮稍微熟一些后就可以用铲搅匀它。
5. 加入河粉。记得火要大,但要翻得快才不会粘锅。
6. 河粉遇热会软化。河粉开始软化后就可以开始用耗油,黑酱油和苏东油调味了。如果咸度不够,可以在自己加入少许的盐。
7. 调味后加入青葱一起炒。青葱熟后就即可。

Ingredients:
1 pack Kuay Teow
1/2 bowl sliced beef
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 cut chilli
1 cut spring onion
soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
dark soy sauce/caremel sauce
squid sauce
cooking oil
Directions:
1. Marinate beef with pepper and soy sauce.
2. Pull and separate the sticky Kuay Teow.
3. Heat up 4 tbsp of cooking oil, stir garlic until it colored, then add onion to stir until it is soften.
4. Add beef to stir with (3), then follow by chilli. You could add 1-2 chicken eggs too.
5. Add Kuay Teow to stir. Must keep on stiring so that it won't stick on the wok.
6. Add osyster sauce, dark soy sauce and squid sauce to add flavour.
7. Finally, add spring onion until it is cooked.
