瘦肉鱼片粥 *Pork and Fish Fillet in Porridge

这是老公常出给我吃的早餐,很香,很甜,是幸福的味道哦!

Sometimes, hubby cook this for me as breakfast! Yummy yummy!!



食材:
鱼片.......... 2 片(再切小片)
瘦肉.......... 适量(切片)
蒜米.......... 1 汤匙
老姜丝...... 1/3 碗
盐.............. 适量
米.............. 1 汞
热水.......... 适量
酱油.......... 适量
胡椒粉...... 适量
麻油.......... 少许

做法:
1. 把切片的鱼腌姜丝、盐和胡椒粉。
2. 把切片的瘦肉腌蒜米、酱油、胡椒粉。
3. 把洗好的米放入锅内,加3、4杯水。
4. 米要煮多久,这要看个人想吃多稠的稀饭/粥。我通常只开大火煮40分钟。别忘了水一滚之后时不时得开锅盖搅一搅,以防米粘锅底。水越来越少时,可以一边煮一边慢慢加热水。
5. 当米煮开后(像我之前所说的,要多稠看人而定),可以开始加瘦肉煮。
6. 瘦肉煮熟后,再加煮鱼片煮。
7. 加了鱼片后,鱼一熟就可以熄火了。熄火前可以加一些盐和麻油调味。

Ingredients:
2 fish fillet, cut into bite-size pieces
sliced pork
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/3 bowl shread ginger
salt
1 full ricecup of rice
hot water
soy sauce
pepper
sesame oil

Directions:
1. Marinate fish with ginger, salt and pepper.
2. Marinate pork with garlic, soy sauce and pepper.
3. Place rice in pot and cook with 3-4 glasses of cold water.
4. Normally I will cook the rice with medium-high heat for about 40 minutes. Keep on stiring to avoid rice from sticking to the pot. Add hot water when water level is reducing.
5. Once rice is done, add pork to stir until it is cooked.
6. Then add fish to cook. It will only take a while.
7. Once everything is done, you could add some salt to add flavour. Adding some sesame oil (1 tbsp will do) to the porridge will make the porridge even tastier.
