鸡肉Tortilla *Chicken Tortilla

每每说到希腊美食,我真的控制不了自己,口水一直不停的流出来。Pita面包有点像在大马吃的roti nan, 只是厚度增加了少少,面积减少了少少。通常希腊人都用Pita夹着Slovlaki (一种烤肉),夹着猪肉就叫Pork Pita, 夹鸡肉就叫Chicken Pita (废话! 不然也?)。

那一天在超市看到tortilla大减价,心里又对着Pita充满了思念,干脆买便宜的tortilla回去当Pita算了。新鲜鸡胸肉、加上新鲜的蔬菜,自己做的Pita好赞哦!连续吃了两个。。。怪不得最近越来越福像。。。



香喷喷的鸡肉。。。



颜色诱人。。。



口感更一流!!!


材料:
鸡胸...... 1 整片(然后再切成4片)
牛油...... 2 汤匙
橄榄油...... 1茶匙
Tortilla...... 2 片
salad大葱...... 1/2 粒(切片)
生菜...... 一些
番茄...... 1/2 粒(切片)
Thousand Island 酱...... 适量
番茄酱......适量
Parsley...... 适量
盐......少许


做法:
1. 热锅后在锅上涂上一层牛油,然后把tortilla放在锅中摊开来。把两面煎软化即可, 放在一旁备用。
2. 鸡肉腌上盐与parsley。热锅后加入橄榄油,然后再加少许的牛油。牛油溶解后把鸡肉加入锅内用中火煎熟它。
3. 把蔬菜与鸡肉放在tortilla的正中央,然后加上Thousand Island 酱与番茄酱后包裹即可。

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast, cut into 4 slices
2 tbsp butter
1 teasp olive oil
2 tortilla
1/2 red onion, sliced
some cabbage
1/2 tomato, sliced
some thousand Island sauce
some tomato sauce
some chopped parsley
salt


Directions:
1. Heat the wok with some butter. Fried tortilla until soften.
2. Marinate chicken with chopped parsley and salt. Reheat the pan with butter and olive oil, when pan is getting hot, put the chicken straight onto it. Cook the chicken with medium low heat will do.
3. Wrap all the vege and chicken into tortilla, add some thousand island and tomato sauce to all the ingredients, then wrap to serve.
