红萝卜煎蛋 *Fried Eggs With Carrot

小时候不爱吃蔬菜,妈咪为了让我们多吃有营养的红萝卜,不得不出此策:把萝卜切丝/刨丝,然后再和鸡蛋一起煎。今天的我,还是很爱这样简单的味道。




食材
鸡蛋..... 3 粒
红萝卜..... 1 条
蒜头..... 1 颗(打爆就好)
酱油..... 适量
胡椒粉..... 适量
食油..... 适量

做法:
1. 红萝卜切丝/刨丝。
2. 鸡蛋加胡椒粉和酱油,打散、打匀。
3. 热锅后加油,热油后先炒开蒜头,再把红萝卜丝加入一起炒。
4. 把蒜头丢弃,把炒过的红萝卜丝捞起,加入(2)。
5. 如果是使用不粘锅,可以直接把(4)放到锅内煎熟即可。如果不是使用不粘锅,可以先在锅里加入少许食油,等食油在锅里热后,才把(4) 放到锅里煎。

Ingredients:
3 chicken eggs
1 carrot (shredded)
1 clove smashed garlic
soya sauce
pepper
cooking oil

Directions:
1. Add pepper and soya sauce into eggs, whisk until everything is evenly mixed.
2. Heat the wok with cooking oil, fried garlic until it turns golden in color, then add shredded carrot to stir until cook.
3. Remove garlic. Remove carrot from wok and mix it with (1).
4. Continue heating up the wok, pour (3) into the wok and fry until the egg is cooked.
