油菜 *Yao Choy



食材:
玻璃生菜..... 10-15 片
蒜米............. 2 汤匙
蚝油............. 1 汤匙
食油............. 适量
盐................. 适量
糖................. 适量
清水............. 适量
做法:
1. 把食油,盐和糖放入滚水中煮。
2. 把生菜放到(1)烫一烫即可。捞上来后代用。
3. 把油弄热后,先爆香蒜米,然后加入蚝油,再加上水,调匀。
4. 把热滕滕的(3)倒在(2) 即可上桌。

Ingredients:
10-15 leaves of lecttuce
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp oyster saurce
cooking oil
salt
sugar
water
Directions:
1. Boil water, add cooking oil, salt and sugar to hot water.
2. Put lecttuce to (1) to cook for a while. Drain the pot and leave lecttuce for use later.
3. Heat the wok, stri fried garlic until it turns to be yellowish. Add osyter caurce and a little bit of water, stir until even.
4. Pour (3) to (2).
