烧烤排骨 *Grill Pork Ribs



食材:
排骨........ 1 整块
蜜糖........ 2 汤匙
李锦记叉烧酱..... 2 汤匙

做法:
1. 排骨腌上少许盐和李锦记叉烧酱,腌隔一夜。
2. 热炉大概3分钟,然后再把排骨放进烤炉里烤25分钟。(这时候的排骨应该100%熟透了)
3. 把蜜糖涂在排骨上,再继续烤5分钟即可。

Ingredients:
1 big chunck of pork rib
2 tbsp money
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Cha Shao sauce

Directions:
1. Marinate pork rib with a little bit of salt and Lee Kum Kee Cha Shao sauce. Keep it in the fridge over night.
2. Pre-heat the oven for about 3 minutes, grill pork rib with 220 degree celsius for approximately 25 minutes. (pork rib should be 100% cooked now)
3. Spread money on pork rib and put into the oven to grill for another 5 minutes.
