寿司/饭团 *Shushi



最近想到了一个不浪费米饭的方法,就是把第二天剩下的米饭弄成饭团寿司。既简单,又好吃,又不会浪费!



食材:
其实什么食材都可以用,我本身用的食材都很简单如下:
海苔沙拉卷
蟹柳
毛黄瓜(去皮,切条状)
水煮虾(去壳)
寿司醋
米饭
寿司竹卷..... 1 个
做法:
1. 把醋加入熟米饭,调匀。
2. 把海苔沙拉卷摊开在寿司竹卷上,把大概一半的沙拉卷给铺上米饭。
3. 再把虾、切肉和黄瓜放到米饭上面,然后把寿司卷好。
4. 卷好的寿司切片即可。

Ingredients:
Any ingredients will do. These are the ingredients I used:
sea wheat roll
crab meat stick
cucumber
cooked prawns (shelless)
special vinegar for shushi
rice
shushi bamboo roll
Directions:
1. Add vinegar to rice, stir to mix evenly.
2. Place sea wheat on the bamboo roll, then cover half of the sea wheat with rice.
3. Place prawns, cucumber and crab meat stick on top of the rice, the roll it with the support of bamboo roll.
4. Cut shuhi into bite-size pieces before served.

  1. Ok .. I could try ... but does the over night salty taste make it easier to make a vinegar rice? haha ... btw .. its sushi ... i guess .. no offense :)
