炒饭加烤乳酪 *Fried Rice With Cheese Toping


Ordinary fried rice with prawns.



Sprinkle some cheese on top....


After baking for a few minutes....


食材:
隔夜白饭..... 4 碗
红萝卜丝..... 1 小碗
虾................. 个人喜好
乳酪............. 个人喜好
蒜米............. 1 汤匙
蚝油............. 1 汤匙
苏冬油......... 1/2 汤匙
盐................. 适量
胡椒粉......... 适量
酱油............. 1 汤匙
食油............. 适量
鸡蛋............. 一粒

做法:
1. 虾腌胡椒粉及酱油。
2. 热油后先把蒜米炒香,然后再炒红萝卜丝和虾。把蛋打入锅内,鸡蛋遇热开始凝结后就用铲去炒散它。
3. 加入白饭抄松,然后加入蚝油、苏冬油及胡椒粉 (可以加入一些盐调味) 炒匀即可。
4. 把炒饭盛在烤盘里,撒上一些乳酪,然后放入已经预烤的烤炉里。保持烤度于200度之间,只要烤到乳酪稍微变褐色就行了。别忘了把炒饭的烤盘放在另一个装水的烤盘上。

Ingredients:
4 bowl cooked rice
1 small bowl shredded carrot
some shelless prawns
some cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp squid sauce
salt
pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
cooking oil
1 chicken egg

Directions:
1. Marinate prawns with pepper and soy sauce.
2. Heat the wok and fried garlic until colored. Add carrot and prawns. Break an egg into the wok and stir it when it is 70% cooked.
3. Add rice and stir to make it loosen. Add oyster sauce, squid sauce and pepper. You may add some salt for flavour.
4. Place fried rice into a baking container and make sure the container is placed above a baking plate that is filled with water. Sprinkle some cheese on top of the fried rice. Place fried rice into the pre-heated oven until cheese turns abit brownish.
