芦笋炒辣 *Asparagus with Chilli


食材:
芦笋.......... 1 把
小辣椒........... 1 条
猪肉............... 适量
绍兴酒........... 1茶匙
盐................... 适量
清水............... 适量
胡椒粉........... 适量
蒜米............... 1 汤匙
食油............... 适量

做法:
1. 把芦笋切成大概4寸,小辣椒切粒。
2. 猪肉切片,然后腌胡椒粉和盐。
3. 热油后,先爆香蒜米,然后再炒猪肉。
4. 再炒芦笋,后加辣椒。(喜欢辣口味的人,可以先炒辣椒,再炒芦笋).
5. 起锅前,用适量的盐调味,再加上绍兴酒。

Ingredients:
Asparagus, cut into roughly 4 inches long
1 red chilli, diced
pork, cut into thin slices
1 teasp rice wine
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
salt
water
pepper
cooking oil

Directions:
1. Marinate pork with pepper and salt.
2. Heat the wok, stir fried garlic, then follow by pork.
3. Add asparagus to stir, then add chilli to stir together.
4. Add some salt for flavor. Add rice wine before done.
