姜葱鸡/猪肉 *Spring Onion with Chicken/ Pork



食材:
姜........ 3X3寸大,切片
葱菜.... 1 小把
猪肉/鸡肉..... 适量
大葱....... 1 粒
蒜米...... 1 汤匙
蚝油....... 1 汤匙
食油....... 适量
水........... 适量
盐........... 适量
胡椒粉... 适量

做法:
1. 肉腌上盐和胡椒粉。
2. 热油,先炒香姜片。
3. 炒肉制熟,加上大葱、蚝油和一些清水。
4. 焖至肉熟,加上葱菜,再焖1-2分钟即可。

Ingredients:
ginger, 3X3 inches, cut in slices
spring onion
pork/ chicken
1 sliced onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp oyster saurce
cooking oil
water
salt
pepper

Directions:
1. Marinate pork/chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the wok, stir fried the ginger until it coloured.
3. Add pork/chicken to stir fried until cook, add onion, oyster saurce and a little bit of water.
4. Simmer with medium-low heat until pork/chicken is soften. Add spring onion to cook for 1-2 minutes and it's ready to serve.
