豆辨酱炒猪肉片 *Stir Fried Salted Soy Bean with Pork
食材:
猪肉....... 适量
豆辨酱... 1 汤匙
糖........... 1 汤匙(看豆辨酱的咸度而定)
姜丝....... 2 汤匙
蒜米....... 1 汤匙
盐........... 少许
胡椒粉... 适量
食油....... 适量
清水....... 少许
做法:
1. 先把猪肉切片,然后再腌少许盐和胡椒粉。可别把猪肉腌得太咸,因为待会儿会和豆辨酱一起炒。
2. 热油后先把姜丝爆香,然后再爆香蒜米。把腌好的猪肉倒下去炒香炒熟它为止。
3. 加一些清水,再把豆鼓放到锅里和猪肉一起炒。
4. 加入一些糖调味后便可起锅了。

Ingredients:
pork
1 tbsp salted minced soy bean
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp sliced ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
salt
pepper
cooking oil
water
Directions:
1. Cut pork into slices, marinate with a little bit of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the wok, cook ginger until colored, then cook garlic. Add pork to stir fried until it is cooked.
3. Add a little bit of water ang salted minced soy bean. Stir fried until it is evenly mixed.
4. Put sugar to add flavor before it is done.
