马铃薯焖鸡肉 *Chicken Potato in Oyster Saurce


食材:
马铃薯... 2 粒
鸡块........... 1/2 只
蚝油....... 2 汤匙
酱油....... 适量
蒜米....... 1 汤匙
胡椒粉... 适量
食油....... 适量
清水....... 少许
做法:
1. 马铃薯去皮切片。
2. 用酱油和胡椒粉腌鸡肉,最好腌1/2 小时或以上。
3. 热油后先爆香蒜米,然后炒鸡肉。加入蚝油,然后用中-小火焖鸡肉。
4. 鸡肉一焖熟后,立刻把马铃薯片加入一起焖。别忘了可以加一些水。
5. 然后再继续焖至马铃薯马铃薯软化为此。

Ingredients:
2 potato
1/2 chicken, diced
2 tbsp oyster saurce
soy saurce
1 tbsp chopped garlic
pepper
cooking oil
water
Directions:
1. Skinned potato and cut into slices.
2. Marinate chicken with pepper and some soy saurce for at least 1/2 an hour.
3. Heat the wok and stir fried garlic until it turns color. Add chicken to stir. Add oyster saurce and simmer with medium-low heat until chicken is cooked.
4. Once chicken is cooked, add sliced potato to simmer with chicken. You could add some water to make gravy.
5. Cook until potato is soften.
