蒜菜炒虾 *Stir Fried Leek with Prawns

有一些人也许不喜欢吃蒜菜。也许是因为它的味道,也或许是因为硬蹦蹦的质感。吃过3种不同的蒜菜:一种是中国空运进来的;一种是大颗外国品种的蒜菜,金马伦也有出产;另一种是大马土产的蒜菜。最好吃的当然是中国品种蒜菜,通常在农历新年前后的那几个星期才会在巴刹里买到。

不管是哪一种蒜菜,我全部都爱吃。虾是我爱吃的,蒜菜也是。



食材:
蒜菜...... 1 枝 (中国蒜菜也许得需要2-3枝)
虾.......... 8-10只
盐.......... 适量
蒜米...... 1/2 汤匙
食油...... 适量
胡椒粉.. 适量

准备:
1. 虾去壳,去虾背后的污垢。腌上胡椒粉和盐。
2. 蒜菜斜切,有点长型状。

做法:
1. 热油,先炒香蒜米。
2. 加入蒜菜炒至半软化。
3. 最后加入虾一起炒。炒至蒜菜完全软化和虾熟为止。
4. 加上少许盐调味即可。

Ingredients:
1 leek (if you are using Leek from China, you may need 2-3)
8-10 shelless prawns
salt
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
cooking oil
pepper

Preparations:
1. Skinned the prawns and remove the waste from its back. Marinate prawns with salt and pepper.
2. Cut leek into slices.

Directions:
1. Heat the wok, stir fried garlic until it colored.
2. Add leek to stir fried until it is half soften.
3. Add prawns to stir fried with leek until leek is soften and prawn is cooked.
4. Add salt for flavor and its ready to serve.
