炒冬粉 *Fried Vermicelli


食材:
蒜米............. 1 汤匙
大葱............. 1/2 粒
中型虾......... 5 只(去壳)
蚝油............. 1 大汤匙
Sotong油..... 1 茶匙
晒油............. 1 汤匙
红萝卜......... 1/2 条
猪肉............. 适量
盐................. 适量
食油............. 适量
胡椒粉......... 适量
冬粉............. 两包(小包包装)

准备:
1. 红萝卜去皮、切丝。
2. 大葱去皮,切碎。
3. 猪肉切薄片,腌上盐和胡椒粉。
4. 冬粉浸水软化。

做法:
1. 热锅后先爆香蒜米,再爆香大葱。
2. 先炒红萝卜丝,然后炒猪肉。猪肉炒熟后,再加入虾一起炒。
3. 加入少许盐调味。
4. 把浸水后的东粉放到锅里,和其它料一起炒。
5. 加入Sotong 油、晒油和蚝油,也可以加一些胡椒粉,炒匀它即可。

注意:
有一些冬粉遇热后很容易软化,甚至溶掉。最好弹性较好、遇热不会那么快软化的冬粉。

Ingredients:
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
5 shelless prawns
1 big tbsp oyster sauce
1 teasp squid sauce
1 tbsp caremel sauce/dark soy sauce
1/2 carrot shred
pork
salt
cooking oil
pepper
2 small packets of vermicelli

Preparations:
1. Cut pork into bite-size-thin slices. Marinate with pepper and salt.
2. Immerse vermicelli in water until soften.

Directions:
1. Heat the wok, stir fried garlic then follow by onion.
2. Add carrot to stir until soften. Add pork to stir until it is cooked. Then add prawns to stir until cook.
3. Add a little bit of salt and stir until even.
4. Add vermicelli to fried evenly with other ingredients.
5. Add squid sauce, caremel sauce/dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and a little bit of pepper. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
