芦笋炒虾球 *Asparagus with Prawns


食材:
虾.......... 12-15 只(去壳)
芦笋...... 1 把
蒜米...... 1 汤匙
绍兴酒.. 1 汤匙
盐.......... 适量
食油...... 适量
胡椒粉.. 适量

做法:
1. 洗净芦笋后切节。
2. 虾腌上盐和胡椒粉。
3. 热油后,先爆香蒜米、炒虾球,再炒芦笋。可以加盐调味。
4. 息火,洒上绍兴酒即可。

Ingredients:
12-15 shelless prawns
asparagus
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp rice wine
salt
cooking oil
pepper

Directions:
1. Cut asparagus into about 3-4 inches in length.
2. Marinate prawns with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the wok, stir garlic until colored. Add prawns then follow by asparagus to stir until cooked. Add a little bit of salt for flavor.
4. Off the gas, pour rice wine and stir until even.
