烧鸡翼 *BBQ Chicken Wings




食材:
全鸡翅膀..... 8 支
海鲜酱......... 2 大汤匙
麻油............. 1 汤匙
酱青............. 1 汤匙
Sotong 油.... 1 汤匙
蚝油............. 1 汤匙
蒜米............. 2 汤匙
甜椒............. 1/2 粒(切片)
大葱............. 1 粒(切片)
胡椒粉......... 适量

做法:
1. 洗净鸡翅膀,腌上蒜米、胡椒粉、海鲜酱、麻油、酱青、Sotong 油和蚝油,调匀。
2. 再把甜椒、大葱和鸡翅膀参在一起,然后放在冰厨里腌过夜。
3. 第二天,放到烤炉里烤20分钟,维持在gas mark no.6 (大概200摄氏)。
4. 甜椒和大葱等到最后3分钟才放到烤炉里和鸡翼一起烤。

Ingredients:
8 whole chicken wings
2 tbsp sweet Hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp squid sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1/2 capsicum, sliced
1 onion, sliced
pepper

Directions:
1. Marinate chicken wings with garlic, pepper, sweet Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, squid sauce and oyster sauce. Mix until even.
2. Add capsicum and onion, marinate over night.
3. The next day, grill chicken wing in oven for 20 minutes. Tune to gas mark number 6, which is about 200 degree celsius.
4. Add capsicum and onion to grill with chicken wing during the final 3 minutes.
