甜椒酸甜鸡 *Chicken with Capsicum


食材:
鸡肉............... 适量(去骨切丁)
青色灯笼椒... 1/2 粒(切粒)
红色灯笼椒... 1/2 粒(切粒)
苏梅酱........... 2 汤匙
番茄酱........... 1 汤匙
糖................... 1 汤匙
蒜米............... 1 汤匙
食油............... 适量
清水............... 少许
盐................... 适量
胡椒粉........... 适量

做法:
1. 鸡肉腌胡椒粉和盐。
2. 热锅后,先爆香蒜米,然后炒鸡肉丁。
3. 鸡肉炒熟后再炒灯笼椒。
4. 然后加入苏梅酱、番茄酱和糖下去一起炒。可以加少许水炒到收水为此。

Ingredients:
chicken, boneless and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 green capsicum (cut into bite-size pieces)
1/2 red capsicum (cut into bite-size pieces)
2 tbsp plum sauce
1 tbsp ketchup/ tomato sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
cooking oil
water
salt
pepper

Directions:
1. Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the wok, stir garlic until it colored, then add chicken to stir fried until it is cooked.
3. Add capsicum to stir with chicken.
4. Add plum sauce, tomato sauce/ ketchup and sugar. Add a bit of water to stir until the gravy is thickening.
