咖理香羊角豆 *Ladies Fingers (Okra) in Dried Curry


食材:
羊角豆..... 1 把
虾米......... 1/3 碗
蒜米......... 1 汤匙
葱泥......... 2 汤匙
咖哩粉..... 1 汤匙
食油......... 适量
盐............. 适量

准备:
1. 虾米浸水软化后,切碎。
2. 羊角豆切薄片。

做法
1. 热油后,先爆香蒜米,再爆香葱泥,然后倒入咖哩粉炒香。
2. 再炒羊角豆,加盐调味即可。

Ingredients:
ladies fingers
1/3 bowl of dried shrimp
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp finely chopped shallot
1 tbsp curry powder
cooking oil
salt

Preparations:
1. Immerse dried shrimp in water until soften, chop finely.
2. Cut ladies fingers into thin slices.

Directions:
1. Heat the wok and oil, stir garlic until colored, add shallot to stir, then follow by curry powder.
2. Add ladies fingers to stir until cooked. Add salt for flavor.
