食材:
全鸡腿..... 2 支(每一支切成2-3节)
红枣......... 8-10 粒(去籽)
羊参须..... 1 小把
清水......... 适量
胡椒粉..... 适量
盐............. 适量
做法:
1. 鸡腿切块后,腌胡椒粉和盐。
2. 煮滚清水,先炖羊参须和红枣。最少得炖30-45分钟以上。
3. 然后才把鸡腿放到药汤里再炖至鸡肉软化。
4. 加盐调味即可。
