腌咸蛋
偶尔看到华人商店里卖的咸蛋,会很想念。4粒蛋卖3.50英镑,买了一次,感觉到好奢侈。
上两个月,买了一打的鸭蛋,一打一共3英镑,比起4粒3.50 英镑,真的便宜很多。也买了一包盐巴,煮了一锅的盐水,冷却后,到入一个瓷器瓶,把鸭蛋到入容器里"关闭”它们大概30天。。。哈哈!成功了!
今天再浸第二批!
