香菇肉碎蒸豆腐 *Chinese Mushroom, Minced Pork and Steamed Toufu



食材:
豆腐....... 1 块
猪肉碎... 适量
香菇....... 2 朵
蚝油....... 1 汤匙
蒜米....... 1 汤匙
食油....... 适量

做法
1. 蒸热豆腐或用微波炉烤热豆腐。
2. 先热油,炒香蒜米,再加猪肉碎和香菇一起炒。
3. 加入蚝油和一点的清水。
4. 趁热把肉汁淋在豆腐上即可。

Ingredients:
1 toufu/bean curd
minced pork
2 Chinese mushroom
1 tbsp oyster saurce
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
cooking oil

Directions:
1. Steam toufu/bean curd or microwave toufu/bean curd.
2. Heat the wok, stir fried garlic until it colored. Add pork and mushroom to stir until cook.
3. Add oyster saurce and a little bit of water.
4. Pour (3) on top of (1) and it's ready to serve.
